How to Plan Your Ultimate Adventure Day:
Book Your Date: Choose your date, complete the booking process, and check out.
Arrive Anytime: Show up whenever suits you best (as early as 9am). The earlier you arrive, the more adventures you can conquer!
Activity Selection: Upon arrival, our team will discover your preferred activities (Zipline, Hike, Aerial Obstacle Course, Vallea Lumina). Based on availability, we’ll pack your day with as much excitement as possible.
Pre-Arrival Contact: Our Guest Experience Team will reach out the day before your booking to discuss availability and recommend the best time to arrive, ensuring you maximize your adventure.
*Price applies Monday to Thursday. $289 on Friday - Sunday and Statutory holidays. Please note, activity participation is subject to availability on the day, and exact times can’t be confirmed until you arrive at our base.
Day Ticket Requirements
Your safety is our first priority and therefore there are no exceptions to these policies.
- Minimum age of 6 years old
- Minimum weight 60lbs (27kg)
- Maximum weight 250lbs (113kg)
- Minimum height 4ft tall
- Must fit our XXS helmet
Chaperone Policy
- Ages 6-15 require a full paying adult, aged 19+, to be on tour with them.
- Ages 16+ are able to join all tours without chaperone, granted the minimum requirements are met.
Injury & Pregnancy Policy
For your own safety, The Adventure Group strongly discourages our guests from participating in any of our activities when pregnant or with pre-existing or current back or neck injuries. In order to participate, we would require written consent from a physician with the understanding that all of our activities are outdoors with some form of physical activity involved.
Drug & Alcohol Policy
Guests cannot be under the influence of drugs or alcohol when joining us on any tour. Guests can be denied entry if you or anyone in your group does not meet the requirements listed above.
Waiver Policy
All guests must sign a release of liability waiver prior to participating in any activity. Guests who are 16 years and older sign their own waiver. Guests under the age of 16 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf. https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/v/tagsactivities/
What To Wear
Please arrive dressed for the weather. You will be outside for your entire tour, and it is important you dress appropriately. Please wear closed-toe, closed-heel shoes.
