Please pick up your Wristbands before heading to the venues. Wristbands can be collected from The Adventure Group Sales Office, located next to Rocky Mountain Chocolate.

Please note the following Terms & Conditions:

All purchases are non-refundable
Ticket holders who do not pick up their wristbands will not receive a refund.
Wristbands will not be replaced if they are lost or broken.
2 pieces of Government Issued ID are required. Must be 19 years of age or older.
You are not permitted to pick up another person’s wristband.
If you purchase more than one President's Week All-Access pass, all members of your party must be present at the same time to pick up the wristbands.
Subject to venue capacity at all times.
No line bypass included.
