Wristband collection begins at 3PM on Friday from the Gibbons Whistler office, located in the Westin Hotel. Please enter through the retail shop near the Whistler Gondola (look for the big PARTY marquee light). Wristbands must be picked up before heading to the parties! The last chance for wristband collection is Friday at 11 PM. Please note the following Terms & Conditions:

Wristbands must be collected on Friday, January 12, 2024 between 3 - 11 PM from the Gibbons Whistler office (111-4090 Whistler Way). Please enter through the doors near the gondola, not through the Westin hotel. Wristbands cannot be collected outside of this time frame. Ticket holders who do not pick up their wristbands during this time will not receive a refund.

Wristbands will not be replaced if they are lost or broken.

2 pieces of Government Issued ID are required. Must be 19 years of age or older.

You are not permitted to pick up another person’s wristband.

If you purchase more than one MLK Weekend All-Access pass, all members of your party must be present at the same time to pick up the wristbands.
